An 8 week structured introduction to Mindfulness will take place from Wednesday 8th February – Wednesday 27th March 2019 from 7 pm to 8.30 pm in conjunction with Jamyang Buddhist Centre, www.jamyang.co.uk.  All are welcome. It is highly recommended to attend the whole course. A full practice day will take place on Sunday, 3rd March from 10 am to 4 pm.
