An 8 week course offering an introduction to the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness which can help build the foundations for meditation practice and also open a window on to our thoughts and emotions, ie ‘what makes us tick. This allows us to develop a different relationship to how we experience daily life with its problems and stresses and enhance positive states of mind such as love and compassion. The course runs from 6 Feb to 27 March (7 to 8.30 pm) and includes a full practice day on Sunday 3rd March. Prior booking for the whole course is recommended (£100 for the whole course including practice day) although people can drop in on a weekly basis. Concessions are available.
