June 4, 2017 | Pete Karolewski HALF DAY MINDFULNESS PRACTICE We hold a regular monthly half day mindfulness practice session from 10 am to 12.30 pm on Saturday mornings. These are designed for course graduates as well as those who are interested in mindfulness. They normally take place on the 2nd Saturday of each month. SPRING DATES: 11 January, 8 February, 9 May.
