All are welcome to join a short taster introduction to Mindfulness practice which will run on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8.30 pm on

at Jamyang Buddhist Centre, 43 Renfrew Road, SE11 4NA

Especially at this busy time of year, why not take time out to recharge your batteries and learn more about the potential benefits of this simple, but effective practice. Each session is stand alone but it will be good to attend the full course. There will be a mix of explanation, practice, as well as the opportunity to ask questions.

The course will be led by experienced facilitators from the London Centre for Mindfulness team. If you are thinking of joining one of the 8 week courses, would like to refresh your practice, or are just interested in learning more about mindfulness, this is the course for you!
