September 1, 2020 | janesill All our drop in classes are currently on line using Zoom. Our drop-in lunchtime mindfulness classes take place each Wednesday from 12.30 to 1 pm. All are very welcome to attend including complete beginners. Contact Jane on Tel: 07966 510290 to ask for your name to be added to the list. We hold a weekly drop-in mindfulness session aimed primarily for graduates of the 8-week programme. These take place on Friday evenings from 6.30 to 7.30 pm. Please contact Jane if you would like your name to be added to the e-list. There is no charge for on line drop in classes but a suggested donation to a homeless charity/foodbank/charity of your choice would be appreciated.
