Our monthly drop in sessions for course graduates which take place on Friday evenings from 6.30 to 7.30 pm have been running weekly to support everyone during lock down and beyond. If you are a course graduate, you will have received an invitation. If you have graduated from another course or have an established meditation practice, do contact jane@jamyang.co.uk and we will be happy to add your names to the list.
