All our classes are now on line using Zoom.

Our drop-in lunchtime mindfulness classes take place each Wednesday from 12.30 to 1 pm. All are very welcome to attend including complete beginners. Contact jane@jamyang.co.uk or Tel: 07966 510290 to ask for your name to be added to the list.

 

We hold a weekly drop-in mindfulness session aimed primarily for graduates of the 8-week programme. These take place on Friday evenings from 6.30 to 7.30 pm. Due to the current situation, we have opened these up to all who would like to attend. People have found them very helpful during lock down and we have created a very supportive and welcoming on-line group.  Please contact Jane if you would like your name to be added to the e-list.
