BESPOKE COURSES IN YOUR WORKPLACE/COLLEGE

The London Centre for Mindfulness is happy to organise taster sessions and drop in classes in your place of work or college.
These will be designed to suit your particular needs and group. The 8 week Mindfulness for Stress Reduction courses and shorter courses in developing mindfulness and reducing stress can also be delivered in your workplace. Fees will be negotiated on request.

Organisations which have benefited from these courses and sessions include: Macmillan, Rethink, Sky, The Hall School, Comic Relief, Care International,  and Mosaic Clubhouse Brixton, along with local Pilates and Yoga classes.


MINDFULNESS SESSION

An example of a mindfulness session could look like this:

  • Short mindful exercise to settle and ‘arrive’
  • Short mindful meditation to develop focus and concentration
  • Simple technique to take a ‘breathing space’ and disengage from busy minds
  • Whole body relaxation
